COIL SPAN or COIL PATH
 the distance measured in terms of armature slots or armature conductors between two sides of coil.
BACK PITCH (YB)
 The distance measured in terms of armature conductors which a coil advances on the back of the armature.
FRONT PITCH (YF)
 The distance in terms of armature conductors between the second conductors for one coil and the first conductors of the next coil.
RESULTANT PITCH (YR)
 The distance between the beginnings of one coil to the beginning of the next coil.
COMMUTATOR PITCH (YR)
 The distance between the commutator segments which the two ends of the coil are connected.

TWO LAYER WINDING
 This type of winding, these are the two conductors or coil slides per slot arrangement in two layers.
